Alumni/After Care Coordinator
The Alumni/After Care Coordinator will serve as the primary liaison between Saint Leonard’s Ministries/Grace House and its diverse alumni base. The position focuses both on:
• After Care – preparation for and support during/after transitions from Grace House
• Alumni Connections – engaging alumni with social supports, networking, and connection with needed services.
The Alumni/After Care Coordinator provides holistic aftercare services that increase social support and feeling of belonging and a road map to navigate through life’s challenges.
