Harvest Commons Residence

Harvest Commons Residence provides a setting in which men and women who have successfully completed the Saint Leonard’s House and Grace House programs can find continued support in their journeys toward independent, whole lives. This is accomplished through the provision of safe, affordable, appealing housing accompanied by a comprehensive program of supportive services.

A joint venture with Heartland Alliance, Harvest Commons Residence offers 17 single-room-occupancy long-term apartments. Each unit is completely furnished. A community room is available for meetings, activities, watching television and entertaining guests. A laundry room is also in the building. Where We Help

Staff

Program Services and Case Management services are provided by staff members who are professionally and personally equipped to serve residents. Staff members receive ongoing professional development training. Each resident of Harvest Commons works with the Director of Supportive Services, who provides case management and facilitates the resident’s access to programs and services.
